Inter-Cultural Conference Possibilities & Description

Throughout the year, various opportunities may arise to host or co-host community conferences with visiting academics, speakers, or cultural and community leaders. Community conferences take place in the CrossRiver yurt, and cover timely topics such as: “Multiculturalism, the World, & the Environment;” “Culture in Art, Religion, History, & Politics;” “Inter-Cultural Relations & Communication;” and “Traditional Indigenous Knowledge & Cultural Healing.” Some of our own staff members and friends are active contributors to these fields of research and interest, and do bring cutting-edge ideas to these discussions. Various interactive and supporting inter-cultural, community, and wilderness activities may also be available during community conferences. Contact us for custom options, suggestions, ideas, or partnerships; or check back here again for current opportunities and details about how you can register.
